Job description:

1. Prepare department work plan and scheme, and direct technical management work within the department;

2. Build echelon of talents, and foster department talents;

3. Work with the company to secure contracts for priority and big asset appraisal projects, and direct implementation of the work;

4. Take care of project cost control and technical risk control to ensure implementation of projects in an efficient and compliant manner.

Qualifications:

1. University or higher education, not necessarily in a related discipline (college graduate acceptable when applicable);

2. No less than 8 years' work in asset appraisal. Familiar with national financial laws & regulations and other relevant policy;

3. Have professional ethics. Familiar with asset appraisal work flow. Work experience in big projects. Asset appraiser qualification certificate required:;

4. Good communication, reporting and writing skills;

5. Experience of team management. Experience in the same job is preferred.

3. No less than 5 years' experience of work in house requisition (land preparation), shanty area redevelopment and overall interest planning projects in Shenzhen. Familiar with the work flow and requirements;

4. Good communication, reporting and writing skills;

5. Experience of large project management and team management. Experience in the same job is preferred.
