Overview: The facility, covering an area of 13.57mu (0.9046667ha) situated at Jianshe South 3rd Road and on the bank of Shahe River close to inner side of the 2nd Ring Road, was originally built in 1960s to 1980s. The project involves 307 households with total floor area of approximately 12900m². The average living area per home is only 30+m². The buildings are typical "tube-shaped apartment buildings". Relocation attempts in both 2003 and 2011 failed. In 2017, the relocation program was restarted as a major livelihood redevelopment demonstration project of the Chenghua District for the year.
