Features of the project: The project involves more than 40 asset packages, involving diverse types of assets and guarantee, such as projects under construction, real estate security guarantee, equity pledge guarantee and guarantor guarantee. Due to high requirement of quality and timeliness, through site interview and analysis & grooming of creditor's rights and debts, we provided professional opinion on creditor's right value of each asset.
